The Econo-Blade line of plotter blades is a lower cost alternative.
For best results, use EC2045 (same as Mimaki Type-1 round tip blade) on 2-6 mil material thickness, with .010-.015 offset setting.
Use EC2060 (same as Type-5 round tip blade) on material 6 mil and up with an offset of .0245.
